Full automatic open-mouth bag packaging machine is a complete set of machine which is composed of Weighing unit, automatic bag feeding unit and sealing & conveying unit to realize material weighing, automatic bagging, material filling and automatic sealing.

A variety of particle/powder/flaky materials in chemical / fertilizer / sugar / grain / food / fodder / medicine / building material industries such as sodium carbonate, oil residue, alkali, rice, compound fertilizer, ammonium phosphate. as well as bulk cargo in ports.

Weight Detect

This machine is suitable for the detection of terminal process of large packing line. With multiple load sensor control and touch screen control, more than 10 different weight specification parameters can be stored to meet different demands. During transportation, the product weight detection is automatically cleared. The unqualified product alarm lamp indicates and stops the transmission or eliminates the unqualified super standard bag detection by configuration of the automatic stripping device
